Council Member Kimberly Daniels and Council President-Elect Bill Gulliford will be meeting with Chief, Municipal Code Compliance Division Kimberly Scott and Director of Neighborhoods Terrance Ashanta-Barker to discus, Dutchie Stevens’ case, Code Enforcement, and Staff/Council Relations. This meeting is open to all Council Members who are interested in this topic.
