Notice is hereby given that the meeting between Council Member Greg Anderson and Council Member Ray Holt will be held on Friday, May 24th, 2013, at 12:00 P.M. in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425 City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL 32202. The meeting will be held to discuss Ordinance 2013-265.
The ordinance repeals Ordinance 2011-239-E regarding Heritage River Road and its closure and abandonment; the ordinance authorizes the Mayor and Corporation Secretary to execute a Grant of Easements between the City of Jacksonville and Riverfront Associates, LLC; obligates the owner to file a conservation easement within one year.
