Notice is hereby given that Council Members Jim Love and Matt Schellenberg will meet on Tuesday, February 12, at 2:30 p.m. in Conference Room A, 4th Floor, Suite 425, City Hall (St. James Bldg.), 117 W. Duval St., Jacksonville, FL, 32202. This meeting will be held to discuss Legislative Bill 2013-86, an ordinance amending the number of members of the Jacksonville Human Rights Commission from 20 to 11 members, and amending the number of members needed to be present from 9 to 7 in order for a report or recommendation to be made by the commission; membership reduction would be accomplished through attrition; requesting emergency passage. This bill is introduced by Councilman Matt Schellenberg.
