Notice is hereby given that Council Member Bill Gulliford will meet on Thursday, January 11, 2017 in Conference Room A at 10:00am, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall St. James Building. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss ORD 2017-667.
ORD 2017-667 amends Section 401(e)(Care Centers/Day Care Centers), Subpart A (Performance Standards & Development Criteria), Part4 (Supplementary Regulations), Chapter 656 (Zoning Code), Ordinance Code, to change the distance a sexual predator can reside from 2,500 ft. to 1,500; and amends Section 685.102 (Sexual Predators Residency Requirements) Chapter 685 (Sexual Offender & Sexual Predator Regulation), Ordinance Code, to change the distance a sexual predator can reside from 2,500 ft. to 1,500.
