Notice of cancellation is hereby given that Council Member Katrina Brown and Council Member Aaron Bowman will not meet on Tuesday, October 27, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. in Conference Room A, 117 West Duval Street 4th Floor City Hall St James Building Jacksonville, Florida 32202. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss Ordinance 2015-745, ORD Amend Chapt 2 (Committees), Rule 2.105 (Committee of the Whole), Council Rules, to provide that City’s Annual Budget Bills be considered by Committee of the Whole for Deliberation & Vote.
