Notice is hereby given that Council Member Doyle Carter will not meet with Council Member Reggie Brown on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in Conference Room B, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall St. James Building. All Council members are invited to attend. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss bill CM Carter’s Candidacy for Vice President.
