In accordance with the provisions of Council Rule 4.103, the members of the Jacksonville City Council as named and listed above hereby call a Special Meeting of the Council to be held Tuesday, October 10, 2017, at 3:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 1st Floor City Hall St. James Building. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and consider action upon on the following pending Ordinance: 2017-563 ORD-MC Creating New Chapt 77 (Kids Hope Alliance [KHA]).
