Notice is hereby given that Members of the St. Johns River Ferry Commission will meet with the Jacksonville Port Authority and HMS Global Maritime, Inc. The meeting is to discuss the transfer of the St. Johns River Ferry. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at 3:00 p.m., at the Jacksonville Port Authority, Board Room, 1st Floor, 2831 Talleyrand Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida, 32206.
