Notice is hereby given that Council Member John Crescimbeni, Chair of the St. Johns River Ferry Commission, and Members of the St. Johns River Ferry Commission will meet with the Jacksonville Port Authority and HMS Global Maritime, Inc. The meeting is to discuss the transfer of the St. Johns River Ferry. The meeting will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at 9:00 a.m., at the Jacksonville Port Authority, Board Room, 1st Floor, 2831 Talleyrand Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida, 32206.
