Jacksonville City Council members Warren Jones and Michael Corrigan will join members of the City of Jacksonville’s Housing and Neighborhoods and Public Works Departments, the JEA and Grimes Contracting, Inc. to host a ground breaking ceremony for the Stockton Street Town Center project.
