Notice is hereby given of a noticed meeting of TRUE Commissioners Marc El Hassan and Joe Andrews with City Council Member Bill Gulliford on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. in Conference Room B, Suite 425, City Hall at St. James, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville FL for the purpose of discussing the TRUE Commission’s study and report on the City Banking Fund.
