Notice is hereby given of the CANCELLATION of the meeting of the TRUE Commission’s CIP Committee scheduled for Thursday, June 6, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in City Council Conference Room B, Suite 425, City Hall at St. James, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville FL for the purpose of discussing a TRUE Commission study of the City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and the RESCHEDULING of that meeting to Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the same location due to the forecasts of tropical storm activity and severe weather warnings today.

Council Member Greg Anderson will be meeting with Council President-Elect Bill Gulliford, to discuss the Budget for Fiscal Year 2013-2014. This meeting is open to all Council Member who are interested in this topic. The meeting will take place on Thursday, June 06, 2013, at 12:00 p.m., in Conference Room B, Suite 425, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.

Notice is hereby given that Council President Bill Bishop has called a Special Meeting of the Council to be held on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at 10:00 am in Council Chambers, located at 117 West Duval Street, 1^st Floor, City Hall, St. James Building.  The Mayor’s 2012-2013 Mid-Year Budget Review will be presented at this time.

Notice is hereby given that Council President Bill Bishop is calling a meeting of the Council Executive Committee (which is made up of Council President William Bishop, Vice President William Gulliford, and Finance Chairman, John Crescimbeni) on Thursday, June 6, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., in Conference Room A, Council Offices, 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall at St. James Bldg., to discuss the implementation process required to fill the position of Legislative Counsel as authorized in Ordinance 2013-367-E.

Notice is hereby given that the Honorable Greg Anderson, Chair of the Courthouse Oversight Special Committee, is calling a Courthouse Oversight Committee Meeting and will meet with the Committee members on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at 4:00 P.M. in Conference Room A, 4^th Floor of City Hall, 117 W. Duval St, Jacksonville, Florida for an update on the Courthouse construction issues.

Notice is hereby given that the Honorable Lori Boyer, Chair of the LUZ Committee, and Nate Day, Chairman of the Planning Commission will meet with the LUZ Committee Members and Planning Commission Members for a Workshop to discuss issues regarding the relationship between the LUZ Committee and the Planning Commission, and any other items related to LUZ. The Workshop will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at 4:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 1^st Floor, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida, 32202.
