Notice is hereby given that Council Member Clay Yarborough will meet with Council Member Lori Boyer on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 2:30p.m., in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall St. James Building.  This meeting is to discuss Council leadership.

Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the TRUE Commission’s Audit Committee on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. in City Council Conference Room B , Suite 425, City Hall at St. James, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville FL for the purpose of discussing recently released Council Auditor’s Office reports.

Deadline to file application with the Duval County Tourist Development Council for grant funding for events beginning on or after July 1, 2013.

Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the St. Johns River Ferry Commission Committee on Public Relations.  Commissioner Elaine Brown with meet with Commission Chair Crescimbeni and Commissioners Buchanan, Redick, Cannon and Bowman.   The meeting will take place on Wednesday, May  1, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in Conference Room A, Suite 425, 4^th Floor- City Hall at St. James, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida, 32202.  The purpose of the meeting is to discuss marketing for the St. Johns River Ferry.

City Council committee meetings will NOT be held the week of April 29th to May 3rd.  The regularly scheduled Council meeting cycle will resume with Standing Committee meetings on Monday, May 6, 2013.

Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the TRUE Commission’s Legislative Tracking Committee on Friday, April 26, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. in City Council Conference Room B, Suite 425, City Hall at St. James, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville FL for the purpose of discussing City Council legislation introduced at the April 23^rd City Council meeting and hearing a presentation from the Public Works Department about capital facilities maintenance policies and budgeting.
