Notice is hereby given that Council Members Reginald Brown will meet with T’wane Duckworth, Jessica Deal, Peggy Sidman, and Cleveland Ferguson on Friday, Nov. 2 at 10 a.m. in OGC’s Conference Room E, located at 117 West Duval Street, Office of General Counsel, 4^th floor, St. James Building. This meeting is to discuss worker’s compensation and the best practices for individuals. All Council Members and interested parties are invited to attend.

Deadline to file application with the Duval County Tourist Development Council for grant funding for events beginning on or after January 1, 2013.

Notice is hereby given that the TRUE Commission’s Performance Committee will hold its monthly meeting on the first Thursday of each month at 3:00 p.m. in City Council Conference Room B, Suite 425, City Hall at St. James located at 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville FL. 

NOTICE is hereby given that the Downtown Development Review Board will hold a public meeting on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at City Hall at St. James located at 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202 on the first floor in Committee Room B.

A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the Northeast Florida Regional Council, 6850 Belfort Oaks Place, Jacksonville, Florida, 32216. Notice is also given that two or more members of the Boards of County Commissioners, City/Town Councils/Commissions and other entities covered under Chapter 286, Florida Statutes, may attend and speak at the meeting.

City Council committee meetings will NOT be held the week of October 29^th to November 2^nd.  The regularly scheduled Council meeting cycle will resume with Standing Committee meetings on Monday, November 5, 2012.
