Notice is hereby given that Council President Stephen C. Joost, Chairman of the Duval County Tourist Development Council, will meet with the Tourist Development Council Members for the quarterly meeting scheduled for Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at City Hall at the St. James Building, 117 W. Duval Street, Fourth Floor, Suite 425, Conference Room A.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Richard Clark, Chairman of the Duval County Tourist Development Council RFP Subcommittee, will meet with Tourist Development Council Subcommittee Members Fred Pozin, David Potts, and MG Orender. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 9:30a.m.  The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the procedure for Request for Proposal (RFP) as outlined by the City of Jacksonville Procurement Division.  The meeting will be held at City Hall at the St. James Building, 117 W. Duval Street, Fourth Floor, Suite 425, Conference Room B.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Robin Lumb will have an open meeting with any Council Member who would like to attend on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425 (4^th Floor), City Hall St. James Building.  The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the Florida Times-Union’s request for City Council e-mails.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Bill Gulliford will meet with Council Member Matt Schellenberg on Tuesday, February 14, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., in Conference Room B, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425 City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL 32202.  The meeting is being held to discuss proposed legislation 2012-116.
