Notice is hereby given that Council Members Jim Love and Matt Schellenberg will meet on Tuesday, February 12, at 2:30 p.m. in Conference Room A, 4^th Floor, Suite 425, City Hall (St. James Bldg.), 117 W. Duval St., Jacksonville, FL, 32202.  This meeting will be held to discuss Legislative Bill 2013-86, an ordinance amending the number of members of the Jacksonville Human Rights Commission from 20 to 11 members, and amending the number of members needed to be present from 9 to 7 in order for a report or recommendation to be made by the commission;  membership reduction would be accomplished through attrition; requesting emergency passage. This bill is introduced by Councilman Matt Schellenberg.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Bill Gulliford will meet with Council Member Don Redman on Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at 2:30 p.m., in Conference Room B, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425 City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL 32202.  The meeting is to discuss pending Ordinance 20139- regaring Ice Cream Truck regulation.
