The meeting will be held on Monday, September 24, 2012 at 4:00 p.m., in Conference Room A, Suite 425, 4^th Floor – City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida, 32202.

Notice is hereby given that Council President Bill Bishop, Chairman of the Duval County Tourist Development Council (TDC), will meet with the Tourist Development Council Members for a special meeting scheduled for Thursday, September 20, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at City Hall at the St. James Building, 117 W. Duval Street, City Council Conference Room A, Suite 425, Fourth Floor. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the proposed Visit Jacksonville Marketing Plan, Budget and Visit Jacksonville Contract for FY 2012-2013.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Warren Jones will meet with Council Member Reggie Brown, Code Enforcement, Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, Office of General Counsel and various Waste Tire Operators/Dealers on Wednesday, September 19, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., in The Lynwood Roberts Room, located at 117 West Duval Street, City Hall, St. James Building.  The purpose of this meeting is to gather input from the Waste Tire Operators/Dealers on the proposed changes to the Waste Tire Ordinance.

As Chair of the Jacksonville Waterways Commission, I am hereby rescheduling only the September 12, 2012 Waterways Commission Meeting. The Waterways Commission will now meet on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers, 1st Floor, City Hall, St. James Bldg., 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202.
