Notice is hereby given that Councilman Matt Schellenberg, Chair, will meet with Special Committee Members Dr. Johnny Gaffney and Council Member Bill Gulliford on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room A, Suite 425, 4th Floor- City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss alternatives to selling JEA.

City Council Offices will be closed in observance of Veterans’ Day.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Richard Clark, Chairman of the Duval County Tourist Development Council Subcommittee on CVB Operational Scope of Services, will meet with Tourist Development Council Subcommittee Member MG Orender. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss CVB Operational Scope of Services.  The meeting will be held at City Hall at the St. James Building, 117 W. Duval Street, Fourth Floor, Suite 425, Conference Room B.

Notice is hereby given that Council Auditor Kirk Sherman and Council Member Greg Anderson will meet with Finance Audit Subcommittee Members Johnny Gaffney and Stephen Joost on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 immediately following the 10:00 a.m. Finance Committee Meeting, in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, on the 4th floor of City Hall St. James Building. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss renewing McGladrey’s Independent Audit Contract, and Council Auditor’s Reports #720 and #721.
