Notice is hereby given that the Council Member E. Denise Lee, Council Member Bill Gulliford and City Council Member Don Redman are calling at meeting on Wednesday October 17 at 2 p.m. in Committee Meeting Room B on the first floor of City Hall at 117 West Duval Street. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the proposed Hemming Plaza Request for Information. All interested parties are welcome to attend.

The time of this meeting has been AMENDED from 2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Lori N. Boyer will be meeting with Council Member John Crescimbeni on Monday, October 15th, 2012, at 3:00 p.m. The meeting is to discuss 2012-578 (combining the Current Planning and Community Planning Divisions into one division to be know as the Planning Services Division) and other procedural issues involving the Planning Department and the LUZ committee. The meeting will take place in Conference Room B, Suite 425, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.
