Notice is hereby given that Jacksonville Waterways Commissioner Scott Shine will meet with Commissioners Lane Burnett, Ralph Hodges and Stephen Swann on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at 9:30 a.m., in Conference Room A, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425.  The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss artificial reefs.

Notice is hereby given that Council President William H. Bishop calls a Special Meeting of the Jacksonville City Council to vote on the positions of President and Vice President Designate.  The meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at 4:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, 1^st Floor City Hall – St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida.

Notice is hereby given that The Honorable William H. Bishop, AIA, President, Jacksonville City Council, is hereby changing the Council Agenda Meeting time, with the Jacksonville City Council, from 4:00 pm to 3:30 pm on Tuesday, May 28, 2013.  The Agenda Meeting will be held at 3:30 p.m. in Council Chamber, located at 117 West Duval Street, 1^st Floor City Hall – St. James Bldg., Jacksonville, Florida.  The time change is necessary to provide space on the council calendar to elect the 2013-2014 Council Leadership.

Notice is hereby given that the Special Committee on Sports and Entertainment Development Fund will meet on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at 1:00 p.m., in Conference Room A, Suite 425, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202.   Discussions for the meeting will include follow-up on the Carrier Classic basketball game and other topics related to use of the fund.

Bishop, Council President.  JTA will meet with Members of the Jacksonville City Council, Council Department Heads, and Executive Council Assistants on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm, in the Lynwood Roberts Room – located at 117 West Duval Street, 1^st Floor - City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.  The purpose of this luncheon and workshop is for JTA Executive Team members to provide an update on the JTA organization and projects..
