This year the theme is "Make it a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood". The program is designed to recognize the efforts of organized and registered neighborhood groups in the City of Jacksonville that have excelled in areas of clean-ups and other projects and activities that benefit the community or physically improve Jacksonville's neighborhoods. In addition, the first Regulatory Officer of the Year Award will be given to that individual that has exceeded customer expectations to serve the community in an official or volunteer capacity. Both the Neighborhood Award application and the Regulatory Officer of the Year nomination form are available for download below.
