Make Every Connection Count

The 2022 Neighborhood Awards program will highlight Jacksonville’s numerous neighborhood organizations and the volunteers that have completed exceptional community-based projects and events. The award program is designed to recognize the efforts of local groups that emphasize volunteer activities, leadership, partnership building, innovation, and grassroots collaborations.  The City of Jacksonville is proud of every association, civic group and organization that work together, throughout the year, on projects that enhance their community.    We hope that you will join us to share your ideas and to celebrate all the special, beautiful, charming, and creative features of our awesome city!

This year's theme is Make Every Connection Count. All neighborhood organizations registered with the City of Jacksonville's Neighborhood Services Office are invited to apply for an award.  The 2022 Neighborhood Awards will be given to organizations for outstanding projects that were developed and completed January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021.  Eligible clean-up projects must have been reported through the Clean It Up/ Green It Up program email at cleanupvolunteers@coj.net, or https://jaxnhorg.coj.net/#/login during the same time period.

How Can You Apply?

There is no cost to apply.  Make sure your organization is registered in the Neighborhood Organization Directory.  Registration is easy and you can submit your information here: https://jaxnhorg.coj.net/#/login.  To obtain an application, please email the Neighborhood Services Office at NeighborhoodServices@coj.net.  Or, if you need additional information or assistance, please contact the Neighborhood Services Office at 255-8250.
