Adjustment, Exemption & Credit Applications
We are pleased to provide electronic versions of several of our applications for your convenience.
Applications (and supporting documentation, when applicable) should be submitted before July 31 to ensure upon approval, the resultant adjustment, exemption or credit occurrs before the tax bill is issued. All applications must be received no later than Sept. 16. Tax bills will be amended if an application is approved after the tax bill is issued.
Before using these forms, please be aware of the following:
- Using these forms requires Adobe Reader 9 or higher, which is available for free at Adobe.
- We strongly recommend that you print a copy of your application for your records.
- Don't forget to include the required supporting documentation with your submittal. Incomplete applications will be rejected on receipt!
Special notice to those applying by email:
- You should receive an automated reply from the 'StormWtr' email account immediately. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your junk mail or spam folder. The automated reply is your receipt that we received your application.
- We have made every effort to make the electronic applications as user-friendly as possible. However, if you are unable to submit using the "Email" button on the form, please attempt to save the completed form and attach it to an email to stormwater@coj.net.
